Real-Time Vehicle Tracking

Real-time GPS-based vehicle tracking system designed for monitoring 500+ vehicles with live location tracking, geo-fencing, engine status monitoring, and instant alert system. Built with a distributed microservice architecture to ensure high scalability, low latency, and real-time processing.

Backend core APIs were developed using Laravel to serve different feature modules such as reporting, user management, authentication, billing, and analytics dashboards. Frontend system was built using React for real-time UI rendering and interactive tracking dashboards.

A high-performance microservice layer was implemented using Go (Golang) to process real-time vehicle telemetry data. This service handles high-frequency GPS streams, data normalization, and event generation before persisting data.

Processed tracking data is stored in PostgreSQL for analytics, historical tracking, and reporting use cases. This separation of concerns ensured scalability and efficient query performance for large datasets.

  • Led end-to-end development of a multi-tenant SaaS HRMS platform from scratch using Laravel, PHP 8, and MySQL, serving 10+ enterprise clients with strict data isolation. Built and maintained the system with a small core team of 3 engineers.
  • Designed full system architecture, database schema, and scalable modular OOP/MVC structure for payroll, attendance, leave, loan, tax, and employee lifecycle management.
